Meet the Team

Cindy is the office manager and has worked in the field of orthodontics since 1981. Her daily duties range from running the front office and answering phones to scheduling patients and handling insurance/account issues. She enjoys the rewards of being a member that helped contribute to the beautiful smile of a patient and feels that "if I touched one person's life in a positive way, each day, then I've accomplished my goal." Cindy is a native of Bucyrus and is a proud grandmother to 5 beautiful grandchildren. She also enjoys quilting and shopping in her spare time.

Dee is our laboratory technician, although "lab wizard" might be more appropriate. She has worked in the field of orthodontics since 1973. She is responsible for the fabrication of countless appliances on a daily basis and her favorite aspect of the job is her freedom to work on her own and be creative. She is a native of Tiffin, but resides in Caledonia where she enjoys travel, and she is a huge Harry Potter fan.

Kim has been a chair-side assistant since 2000. She is also cross-trained to run the front office. She is a "jack of all trades." Her favorite thing about working in the field of orthodontics is seeing people enjoy their smiles. Kim is a native of Bucyrus and is kept quite busy in her "free time" by her three beautiful kids.

Tammie is the newest member of our team and has been a chair-side assistant since early 2006. She is also cross-training as a laboratory technician. Tammie enjoys her work because "it is an open practice with a friendly environment" and she likes "being able to see different people throughout the day and watching people's smiles change month by month." Tammie is a native of Marshall, Minnesota but resides in Galion where she is kept busy by her newborn son along with shopping, interior decorating, and working out in the yard.

Wanda has been an orthodontic chair-side assistant since 1986 and enjoys the social interaction of her work. She too enjoys seeing the difference that orthodontic treatment can make in a person's life. Wanda is a native of Bucyrus and enjoys spending time up at the lake. Like the rest of our team, she is a wonderful person who is always willing to go the extra mile for a patient's comfort and well-being.
